Future Female Leaders began offering AI training for women in 2024, responding to a growing concern: research has consistently pointed to a gender gap in the adoption and use of generative AI tools.

We believe women should not simply participate in the AI transformation — they should have the confidence and skills to help shape it.

Our AI Masterclass provides a practical, accessible introduction to using AI in everyday professional life. Participants learn how to work effectively with AI for research, communication, writing, productivity, creativity, career development, and leadership. The focus is not on becoming an AI expert, but on understanding what these tools can do, how to use them responsibly, and how to make them genuinely useful.

The training is designed particularly for women who may not come from technology backgrounds. No previous AI experience is required.
