About the Application Bootcamp
Since 2024, the Future Female Leaders Application Bootcamp has brought together more than 400 women from over 40 countries who are exploring the Harvard Kennedy School Mid-Career MPA.
Each week, alumni from diverse countries, careers, and personal backgrounds join us to share their experiences and offer different perspectives. We talk about the application process, but also about the practical questions behind the decision: How do you leave your career for a year? Move your family? Find a school for your children? Finance the experience? Build a new life in Cambridge?
The Bootcamp is about more than preparing an application. It is about helping women see that an ambitious next step can be possible with the right information, community, and support system. By sharing real experiences openly, we hope to give other women the confidence to explore what might be possible for them.
