Public Narrative Workshop

Since 2025, Future Female Leaders has offered Public Narrative training led by coaches trained through the Leading Change Network (LCN) Academy and based on the Public Narrative framework developed by Harvard Kennedy School Professor Marshall Ganz.
Public Narrative helps changemakers turn their lived experiences and values into stories that can inspire others to act. Through the framework of Story of Self, Story of Us, and Story of Now, participants learn to communicate why they are called to lead, connect their values with those of others, and create a shared sense of purpose and urgency.
The workshop is practical and interactive. Participants develop and practice their own public narrative, receive feedback, and learn how storytelling can strengthen their leadership, advocacy, community building, and ability to mobilize others around meaningful change.

TRAINING OPTIONS
We offer Public Narrative training in individual, group, and organizational formats, adapting the experience to different needs and contexts. Workshops can be designed for nonprofit organizations, foundations, educational institutions, leadership programs, teams, and communities seeking to strengthen their ability to communicate, connect, and mobilize around a shared purpose.
